On Friday evening we picked a genre out of a hat. We got comedy. We were given a character name (Alice or Alistair) and a theme (collector) a prop (toothbrush) and a line of dialogue to include. We spent the rest of the evening writing a script. We sent that script to crew and cast on Saturday morning and spent the afternoon and early eve filming it. Started the edit the same night as we were using the editors house as a location. Then finished the edit on the Sunday adding music and mixing before rushing to deliver the film with minutes to spare to hit the 48 hour deadline. A great experience made all the better because we won the competition!
